Young Brits Ditch God for Satan.

While UK youth are abandoning belief in God in droves it does not end there. They hooking up with his arch rival Satan though they insist not in the way that one might think.

They have their rituals sure, but it does not involve infant sacrifice, there are no blood rites to Satan, they do not cast magic spells. They do not worship the devil.

Then what is this all about you might ask.

The Global Order of Satan UK, yes there is such a group, stress it would be difficult to spot a Satanist walking down the street. That aside this new-look Satanism is busy reeling in young people in their numbers, a fact that is macabre all on its own. There is a delusionary -feel to all this. How do the young manage to separate the deeds from the character when it is who he is? How do they manage to whitewash evil and what it stands for and call it good?

Some say this is happening because the youth are unhappy with what they see as dogmatic traditional beliefs; so it is the clash of cultures thing again. What if it is just a revolt pure and simple?

Leaders of these Satanist groups say it offers the youth the chance to campaign for what they call social justice.

Bah……..and so the Devil is woke.

They also say this is an opportunity for those who are non-Christian to join. To join what? An opposing religion is what they seem to be saying.

They should be warned to be careful about whom they link their brand name to. They would not want to send the wrong message. Or are they past caring what anyone thinks.

Chaplain Leopold who co-manages the Global Order of Satan UK says; we have seen a 200 per cent rise in membership over the last five years.

At least he admits part of the goal is to fight Christianity saying; “I’d love to be able to claim we could pat ourselves on the back and say, yes, we’ve done our infernal work here, and we’re successfully declining the number of Christians, but I think it’s a far more complex issue than that.”

He says it is all about being able to self-identify and self-realize; I think he means self-actualize.

What I suspect it is the worship of the self.

In line with this thinking Satanism appears to be the religion “of the self” It comes with their own moral code; and they on their own a mission too, which is to advance to the level of their own God heads.

Well their mantra is do as you wilt, so what do you expect.
