What Has Happened to Utah?

3 min readApr 23, 2025

There us something rotten in the State of Utah. Of course it is corrupt as are so many states but it is its politics that have undergone an about turn. Let me explain. Utah was always solidly red. Yet looking at it now it is plain there is a lot that is off here. This is not a blink and you will miss it type thing. There has been quite the shift; in a move that inches ever closer to the blue side.

It is not just Utah, more than a few other red states have picked up a lot more blue votes in recent times.

While the talking heads have their reasons all lined up; it seems there is a strategy at work. Cons put this down to progs from Blue states moving to red states. Cali is a good example. Colorado is what happens to a red state afterwards. It is the same for Texas and Arizona. N.C. as well. A few other states too.

These voters do not blend in with the surrounds but bring their politics with them. It does not matter if their reasons for the move were for crime and grime, or a higher standard of living.

Utah has seen a lot of people move in over the last few years. This much they admit. What are they not saying though?

The move feels contrived somehow. Is it a Dem plan to keep their supporters on the move and on the lookout for new Con pastures? It is not farfetched. They live to flip wherever they can. This includes the dumping of illegals in red areas.

Now on with what is happening in Utah on the ground.

There are protests underway at the moment as activists vow to keep on carrying on.

It is called the 50501 movement; and surprise, surprise it is part of a nation -wide pushback against the Trump Admin.

What they love to call a grassroots movement is not. It is the usual NGO’s who ply pressure from the top down to produce a chain reaction from the bottom up.

Only they think we are stupid. The reality is they are. Along with those who fall for it every darn time.

To prove how dumb these reporters are, one article leads with the words an organized wave and grassroots in the same sentence.

So which is it? It can’t be both.

They say they want a government by and for the people. Don’t they have one already? Let’s see …that would be Congress. If these protesters were asked to describe what they mean they would find it hard to explain. Their cry of no king, no king sounds Lion King-ish. Slogans are mindless and for numbskulls. Besides such a take is rubbish.

Let’s cut through the b/s; the real reason is they don’t like Donald Trump, or his supporters.

Or do they want to be ruled by say a Committee of 13? Ever get the vibe what these sorts want and what they say they want are two very different things.

If congress is corrupt then change it. But they won’t do it. Meanwhile they fail to see that the gang lords who own Congress are the same ones they in league with. Bright they not! And or Two-faced? That is a wrap!

The protestors were the same cast of middle-age white liberal women, sissy men, blue-haired rad fems and disaffected youth. With a lot of them masked to the max.

This protest was about due process for illegal aliens too. Which just so happens to include criminals. It is strange how they manage to major in the minors while ignoring the majors.

Then there was the guff we always hear about minorities being sidelined. Don’t see it. If anything they get louder and louder. While some independent journos were there to cover the event they had a hard time of it. Meanwhile the MSM were feted as they worked the circuit and thought it sweet stuff.
