Was Trump’s Sentence Leaked to The View?

On the heels of the conviction of Donald Trump what are we to make of this odd piece of news that has come to light?

Alvin Bragg’s office stands accused of leaking highly sensitive info to The View; a TV show that airs the views of those on the far left.

It concerns the type of sentence that Bragg’s office has in mind and wants to push for.

The co-host of the show could not contain her excitement as she led the way with her prime time tell-all.

She said that she had spoken to someone from Bragg’s office.

She went on to call those from Bragg’s DA office streetfighters; now that sounds what would you say, Mafioso like? It seems at the least she implies they are activists.

Now listen to this will you.

He said Bragg might push for a one year term of prison and wait for it; on Rikers Island.

And that is because when you spend a year in prison in New York or under; you serve at Rikers Island.

The second option they may look at; six months of prison at Rikers Island; and then four and a half years of probation under New York Law.

Which makes a total of five years in all?

So will Trump be sentenced to prison?

I agree with the co-host of the show on one thing. This is not about the sentence of one individual per say.

It is about sending a message; though we differ on who the message is meant for.

She says it is meant to send a stern message to society. This is because Trump has no regard for ‘our institutions’ as she puts it.

While I say the message is to their political enemies and to let them know they now run the show. They are in charge so it is theirs to do with as they will.

If there is lesson in these vexing times that we need to take to heart it is this.

It is never to say never no more. This is because nothing; I repeat nothing is out of bounds.
