October is the Month it Unravels.
Some speak of a feeling of unease where they perceive all is not quite right. Not right at all in fact. While they cannot put a finger on it they have this keen sense of dread. Now they choose this moment to take to their keyboards, vids and so on; to put it into words.
This all comes wrapped up in the month of October. Whether it comes from a pundit, prophet or an astute person they all feel the same way. How can this be?
This is about what is going on in the world of course; but it applies to the US in particular. There is a shaking going on and these folk think this is just the start.
As someone has said; it is the American Dream we about to see unravel in real time. To an extent it is the dream of the world as well.
Not the end of a dream, as the sense is it is deliberate. So it is a case of the killing off of the American Dream?
The South is living in the nightmare of the aftermath of an apocalypse type hurricane; with devastation all around in so many small places. But you would never say so; judging on how little coverage these stories get in the MSM.
The rest of the country is hyper-focused on the presidential election in November. And don’t dare let anyone or anything distract them. Yes the election is an important one, but you have to wonder what the country will look like by the end of it. Or whether it will be a country even worth having.
Expect the bald rhetoric to be amped up more than just a few notches every day from now until then. As tomorrow just happens to be October 1; say no more.
The War in the Middle East is ramping up by the minute then there is Russia and Ukraine. It looks like the US is more overstretched now than ever before. And this is just in the foreign arena.
To unravel is to come apart; or to fail. Will there be signs of this on every front. The sense is yes.
Then there the fears of a third assassination attempt on Donald Trump. Intel has spoken of an Iranian plot to do just this. It looks like they have their cover story all lined up then? Iran did it so don’t blame us.
Put it this way; things won’t go well for the country if anything of this nature should happen.
While one side will be happy with the presidential election results; the other won’t be. This is assuming it will be thought to be free and fair at the end of the day.
Republicans believe this is their only chance to stop the Dems. While Dems think this is their chance to thwart the Republicans.
If the GOP loses the Dems will be even more emboldened and it will be full steam ahead for all of their bad ideas.
If the Dems lose they will go out of their minds, not a pretty sight, with all that it might entail.
There is an October surprise on the way some say.
If so we won’t have to wait long to see how this will pan out.
