Now Liberal Men Get Snipped.
Women in favour of abortion get techy when told if they want to prevent pregnancy all they have to do is take precautions; and to use contraceptives.
They resent the fact women are seen as responsible for this side of things while men not so much.
They maintain that contraception is not foolproof so it is not the solution. They also complain women carry all the health risks as far as the contraceptive pill goes.
Some of these women have said if men want to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem they should step up to the plate and get sterilized.
Many liberal men being the good little soldiers that they are now indicate they plan to do just this; as they sign up for the big snip.
We hear from Planned Parenthood there is a spike in the number of men who seek sterilization.
They report vasectomies have increased by as much as 34% in the Great Northwest. This ever since the Roe vs Wade ruling was overturned.
Meanwhile in Florida a doctor known as the vasectomy king reports that demands for this procedure have skyrocketed; as it tops close to 20 a day.
While a doctor in Kansas City says he now fields a 900% percent increase in calls about the procedure. This in one week.
The organization that looks like it is vying for the title of no parenthood at all; deems the increase in the number of vasectomies are due to the Dobbs decision by the Supreme Court.
They say that men are interested in learning about contraception now; as well as the ins and outs of having a vasectomy.
This is due to the change in the political climate.
A doctor said that one of her patient’s called his sterilization an act of love.
A man from Washington State remarked; I had to do something on my end ……. seeing half the country lost their rights.
While the procedure is not covered by Obamacare; in states like Washington and Missouri it is free of charge.
One doctor says that 70% of his patients mention Dobbs as the reason for their decision to get the snip. A few refer to Judge Clarence Thomas’s warning that contraception may be the next thing to fall.
Let’s get some perspective here once the virtue signalling is out of the way.
We learn that over half of the men agreeing to a vasectomy have never fathered a child. Which you can take to mean they either young, or at least youngish. Will this be a decision they may regret one day?
And should they decide to reverse the procedure at some stage, they have a fifty percent chance it will succeed.
So it is a gamble really. They take the risk of being left permanently sterile.
The trouble is doctors may be giving these men the wrong idea as they put the procedure on par with a trip to the dentist.
