New Callie Infanticide Bill is the Blueprint like it or not.

The over the cliff abortion laws we first heard about are here. And the prospects are as startling now as it was back then.

This is as radical as it gets but California is just the model for what is to come. Can you say the I-word? This is a shoo-in for infanticide.

Now some might say well this is just wacky California; but I beg to differ. This new bill is the progressive blueprint for abortion; you can be sure it was always part of their game plan.

A look at the Bill.

All the input that makes up the new bill comes courtesy of The Abortion Council set up by Newsome.

New language added to AB 2223 last week reveals where this is all headed.

The bill will protect a woman from civil and criminal charges; for any “actions or omissions” related to her pregnancy. To break it down, these include; miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, or perinatal death.

Although definitions of “perinatal death” vary; all of them include the demise of newborns seven days or more after birth.

The bill also protects anyone who “aids or assists a pregnant person in exercising” this right. So there you have it, this bill protects abortionists right up to and including the moment of birth.

On top of this; it allows a woman to sue any police department or legal authority which arrests or charges her for hurting or killing her child; under the provisions of the bill. Man, talk about sinister.

Governor Newsom formed the “Future of Abortion Council” last year. No doubt in an effort and just in time to turn California into a “sanctuary state” for the procedure.

Now listen to this, it ties in with what I’m saying about the progressive blueprint for abortion.

Just a few weeks ago Maryland introduced a bill that would “decriminalize the neglect of newborns to death”.

It is interesting that it used the same “perinatal death” language. Though in the end the bill hearing was canceled.

In a radio interview in 2019, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam said it was up to doctors to decide; if children should be allowed to die after birth. If “this was what the mother and the family wanted.”

The next step for the bill is the Assembly Judiciary Committee. Though legislators have yet to announce a hearing date.

What the Legal Eagles Have to Say.

Well they agree; this bill will legalize infanticide.

To sum up:

This is not just a pro-abortion bill; it removes all civil and criminal penalties for killing babies born alive (and those not born alive due to partial birth abortion) under any circumstances. The gist of it; any persons can facilitate late term abortion or infanticide without legal repercussions.

Terms like “personal reproductive decisions” and “reproductive justice” are tropes; and a bad attempt to try and justify the killing of infants.

Here is another view:

California lawmakers have crossed a red line in seeking to legitimize the killing of hours-old, even week-old infants.

This is not about expanding abortion rights; this is a degree of evil. This bill legalizes infanticide, plain and simple.

Meanwhile lawyers opposed to the bill have vowed to fight it.

Depending on how the term “perinatal” is interpreted by the courts, this bill legalizes the infanticide of children several weeks after their birth; and possibly as late as their first birthday.

To provide some idea how this will work in practice; under AB 2223, former Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell, who murdered three infants born alive after botched abortions, could not be prosecuted.

Not only that, but this man who helped a California mother kill her newborn after birth will be able to sue police for even investigating the matter. Bizarre does not even begin to describe it.

Spot the difference between partial birth abortions; a practice that allows abortionists to bypass the law on technical grounds; to this new bill.

Where abortionists kill infants with impunity and prosecute those who won’t go along with it.

Upside down world is what it is.
