Is this the Provocation for war that Russia and the US are looking for?

Here is the breaking news from one intelligence source.

A US military cargo plane that disappeared off the radar is presumed to have been shot down after entering Russia’s Air Space.

The plane was on a mission to deliver 200 000 pounds of ammunition to Kiev in Ukraine. After the drop off, it flew into Belarusian then Russian airspace. Finally it flew to Kazakhstan; before it disappeared from view.

Was it shot down is the question?

Is this the provocation people have been waiting for which will be used as an excuse to drag the US into a war with Russia?
