DC Journalists Use Magic Mushrooms and You’ll never Guess Why.

Journalists in Washington DC have taken to small quantities of psychedelic mushrooms in the hope these will get to work their magic. Most of all boost their performance on the job.

You could say the use of magic mushrooms is legal in DC all because enforcing the law is not a priority. Put it down to a 2020 ballot initiative when bans on the drugs purchase and distribution were put at the bottom of the list; in terms of importance at least.

The result is that these psychedelics are used both in full doses on a recreational basis, as well as in in smaller micro doses for a lift. Some believe magic mushrooms can improve brain function. It is widely used this way among the California Tech sect, and now it has been said that the DC media crowd is following their lead.

The trouble is journos do not have the best reputation for doing their jobs as it is. I am being kind here. And this applies double to those in Washington DC.

The jibe just what are they smoking now takes on a whole new meaning, no longer just a good insult but an actual fact of life. In a profession where the real facts are already in short supply.

The fact is can the country afford to have journalists who are high on the job?

Look these so-called brain-enhancers, if this is indeed what they are, might work in a creative and wacky place like Silicon Valley but they the exception; maybe… .

We can’t afford to have journos hallucinate more than they do. Not So?
