Coup d’état American Style

In the mind of the average American a coup is something that happens in a lot of third world countries where either the military or some rebel militia group overthrows the government by force.

Staying with this theme; the breach of Capitol Hill in D.C. on January 6 was seen as an attempted coup by men in funny hats; at least by Democrats.

The gist of the matter is people think it could never happen here.

A number of those involved in the DC farce, initially a protest over election fraud, were agent provocateurs; hired groups or persons who pretended to be on the side of protesters then stirred things up to incriminate them.

For those who ridicule the idea of provocateurs read up on subversive warfare, knowledge is your friend, promise; that is unless you don’t want it to be, in which case it’s on you.

A recent Time Magazine article spanned thousands of words as it described in vivid detail the steps taken by Democrats to foolproof the 2020 presidential election.

Many saw this as a confession; one that claimed to protect the election while undermining it, but somehow they overlooked major clues scattered throughout the wordy essay that imply there was something a whole lot more at play.

The Devil in the Details

While an issue might seem straightforward at first, a lot of times we miss things; that mysterious element hidden in the details for example.

So it is with the Time article.

The opinion piece didn’t address electoral fraud, but listen the issue cannot be separated from the wider claim that Dems just happened to secure the election; (or whatever they call it) they are not loosely connected but different sides-of the same coin.

Listen to Time’s confession; …….for more than a year….,.an organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions.

They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding.

Sure the reasons for their actions was laid at the door of the pandemic and in their words; an autocratic president.

Intervention was necessary, so the no borders crowd fenced in democracy to prohibit opponents’ access; and pulled off a coup without so much as firing a shot.

A coup d’état is a political action resulting in an illegal change of government (or one by force)

State capture is an apt term that best describes what happened.

How did Demas and their allies manage to pull off this feat and capture all branches of government and its agencies?

The existence of the infamous Swamp, a lethal cocktail of the Deep State and corruption, undoubtedly worked in their favor for one thing.

One prominent attorney said; the corruptions is everywhere, Georgia has become a cesspool…All you have to do is follow the money.

King and Spalding, an international powerhouse legal firm based in Atlanta mixes politics with law and has considerable influence in the State of Georgia; with the following connections telling:

FBI Director Christopher Wray was a partner, Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is a partner, Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates is a partner and Former Chief of Staff to FBI Director Wray, Paul Murphy, is a partner.

The American coup d’état occurred in two steps; the capture of state institutions allowed Dems to make changes by bypassing normal political channels (and the constitution) while it allowed them to fend off any resistance; finally, it set the stage for massive electoral fraud.

Like that jingle from a certain ad; you can’t have one without the other.

The Supreme Court initially refused to hear cases of electoral fraud because it was too political then backtracked deciding plaintiffs can file; but only after the inauguration.

Fat lot of good that was, even if they now rule in favor of the plaintiffs they are unlikely to roll back the election results; not so?

The big news is house Democrats have just passed H.R. 1, the so-called For the People Act.

Some of the provisions are explosive and are clearly designed to favor Democrats and give them the edge in future elections.

Short of forcing their people to vote at gunpoint Dems are bending over backwards to ensure the party captures each and every last vote; no longer content to level the playing field they are intent on taking over the field.

Where to from here?

As the mainstream media ratchets up panic over another coup attempt by the Fancy Headdress Brigade, Capitol Hill in DC resembles a war zone; with no sign of things changing anytime soon.

This no-show by insurgents despite the unending hype about threats to DC is even starting to unsettle the average Joe Citizen.

In a poll of residents surrounding DC about their feelings on the matter; one intrepid citizen who claimed to be a Democrat party supporter reflected; perhaps it’s time to call for a re-election.

You can be sure that definitely won’t happen either.

But with all eyes focused on Capitol Hill as they scan the horizon for signs of an impending coup; it’s somewhat ironic that one already took place.

Just not in the way people could have ever imagined; and right under their noses too.
