Calls for Martial Law Accelerate
Brannon Howse of WVW TV recently published a shock interview with retired 3-star US General Thomas McInerny who dropped a few bombs of his own.
The General called on President Trump to implement the following; invoke the Insurrection Act — suspend Habeas Corpus — declare Martial Law and commence mass arrests under military authority.
Here is a summary of the highlights of that interview:
Ø Six to ten States colluded to change the outcome of the election
Ø Officials from the 5 swing states engaged in pre-planning of treasonous acts
Ø China, Russia and Iran were complicit equaling foreign interference in domestic affairs
Ø Cyber warfare was carried out via the Hammer Scorecards and Dominion Voting Machines to overthrow government in a rigged election process
Ø The FBI and DOJ have gone AWOL in this emergency
Ø Military Tribunals are necessary because regular courts are incapable of getting to the bottom of the fraud
Ø 85 Million Americans voted for Donald Trump
Ø Trump must suspend Electoral College meeting on December 14 and delay the inauguration of the new congress on January 6 until election fraud is fully investigated
Ø Georgia run-offs must be suspended until investigations are complete
Ø Chris Krebs of CISA lied when he claimed the election results valid and is complicit in treason
Ø All Dominion servers must be/ should have been seized
Ø Chris Miller is in charge at the DOD because active military has to suppress ANTIFA and BLM
Ø People responsible for changing votes should know they face prosecution, even the death penalty, for treason
Ø Manipulation occurred when ballots were converted to votes
Ø The presidential inauguration must be suspended pending a full investigation
Lin Wood, a key attorney in the fight and ongoing investigations into electoral fraud joins the We the People Convention (WTPC) in the calls for Marshall Law.
WTPC placed a full page Ad with the Washington Times that made it clear Martial Law was essential ‘if Legislators, Courts and Congress do not follow the Constitution’.
Calls Draw Criticism
A defense official reportedly told Military Times that calls for Martial Law and oversight of new elections are insane and now other voices have joined the fray.
The idea is “preposterous,” said Bill Banks, a Syracuse University professor with expertise in constitutional and national security law.
“Apart from the fact that state and now federal investigators have found no evidence of election fraud that would change the election outcome, martial law has no place in the United States barring a complete breakdown of civil governing mechanisms,”
You’d think rampant corruption at all tiers of government tied to claims of wide ranging electoral fraud and a massive crisis of no confidence constitute ‘a complete breakdown of civil governing mechanisms’, but he apparently dismisses it by denying there’s even a problem.
Others insist that military personnel who call for a suspension of the Constitution directly violate their oath to uphold it.
Nothing but a circular argument that begs the question but even more it rejects drastic measures as a solution under any circumstances, which in itself is a contravention of the constitution.
