Biden the Moderate Face of Obama

Joe Biden’s been portrayed as the moderate center of the Democrat party but his policies so far suggest otherwise; he’s either more left than they let on or his moderate face hides the real power behind the throne; that of Barrack Obama.

It’s an odd take but one that makes sense; Obama was the big change agent, then after the completion of his second term his party lost momentum with the shock election of Republican nominee Donald Trump.

If progress is meant to be a continuation why was a so-called moderate like Biden chosen after two terms and a four year break of a radical like Obama.

Biden was Obama’s vice president for two terms which maybe is something of a clue to his true politics.

Maybe Biden’s job is to stand there and look moderate so as not to scare voters, he’s just the front man.

Since his inauguration something like 25 000 migrants at the Mexican border have been granted asylum and the Iran nuke deal is on again as Biden turns back the clock to; 2016.

The Way We Were might be a great song but is not much of a guide to the future.

Biden supports a migrant policy that’s 100 percent open borders and its fruits are as follows; No more border wall, everyone gets in, even during a pandemic. Halt certain deportations. Legalize millions of illegal aliens and include them in the US census. Once in the country, give them the right to bring all their relatives with no requirement as to education, skills or background checks. Ban the use of the word “alien.”

Then, he makes actions and economic policy all about racism, social justice and racial equity. Even climate change is about racism.

He has empowered Iran and Turkey in the Middle East and made life more difficult for minorities who live there.

Biden/Obama has killed the U.S. energy industry and made the country dependent on foreign oil.

They’ve also axed the Keystone XL pipeline, oil, coal, natural gas, fracking and even permits for drilling.

Oh yes, the Paris climate agreement is also back; with the reliance on a not always so-reliable green energy while they kill high paying fossil-fuel jobs.

Biden’s draft amnesty bill includes at least three legal changes that pressure and reward CEOs for importing foreign workers to take away the careers of U.S. graduates, many of whom voted for him.

Kevin Lynn founder of US Tech Workers had this to say:

No level of woke ideology is going to suppress the fact that students are going to wake up very quickly to the fact that they have put an awful lot of money into getting a degree, only to be pushed out of the workforce [by Democrats].

Apart from many low paying jobs being lost to migrants over the years; there’s growing revolt by American professionals who’ve seen their careers lost to foreign contract workers. These professionals demanded the right to a national labor market as they helped block the S.386 outsourcing bill in 2020 pushed by Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT).

What’s interesting is even the players in Biden’s Cabinet and staff are all Obama left-overs warmed-up and served hot.

One analyst described the state of affairs in the US as the Cloward Piven plan ‘we learned about at Columbia University almost 40 years ago’.

The plan called for government to orchestrate a political crisis to bring in a socialist state where citizens receive a guaranteed annual income.

Coleman Hughes, an opinion columnist on issues related to race and racism; said he would vote for Biden because he was boring.

He didn’t want someone as flamboyant as Trump as his President?

The trouble is people ignore the boring, or are lulled to sleep by them so they manage to fly under the radar.

The trick is to pay attention.
