The Council for Inclusive Capitalism was set up without so much as a fuss during the height of the Covid pandemic.
The CIC is what many have been warning about for years. That it came to be on our watch, when many were distracted by Covid, under the guise of philanthropy is how can I say Orwellian to say the least.
What we see then is this; Mussolini-defined fascism plus advanced capitalism equals the other big C, bathed all over in a distinct progressive gloss.
Were we in a movie this would be the cue to bring out some of that swelling background music?
It has been argued the function of this body is to centralize all major corporations and join them with big governments in a huge network. The aim though is to place ideology before profit. So they will have a shared ‘values’ system but who gets to decide what these values will be?
Those at the top will and the idea is to bring them all into line through a carrot and stick approach.
Lady Rothschild engaged with the media recently; only to let slip with this one. AI will require a “root and branch reform of the economy,” meaning, free markets have to go and government/corporate partners will have to step in to control everything. All for the sake of the populace and the “greater good” you understand. Though you could argue we don’t have much in the way of a free market right now.
She goes onto claim capitalists will have to transfer their priorities over to social causes in the wake of AI.
You could say this is ESG but in another form.
She could not hide her disdain when the topic of free markets was brought up.
Like someone so aptly sums up. It is the perfect shadow government; one that removes all accountability and displaces all rebellion. Elites can always say sorry the robot did it when they face pushback over some problem or other.
It is satire of the highest order and reminds one of the line in one such show.
